Payment

Uniq Eyewear Retail ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Mobilepay, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, AMEX, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK), Euro - Euro (EUR)

Uniq Eyewear ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.

 


Delivery

The delivery time for your order is estimated at 2-3 days for Sunglasses and 2 weeks for Biometric glasses and one week for all other prescription glasses.

There is free shipping in Denmark when buying products online for more than 300 DKK. Outside DK shipping is calculated based on weight and country.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package all the way home to you.

 

Uniq Eyewear ApS sells Sunglasses globally but for Biometric customer fit glasses only in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.


Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website. For prescription glasses ordered in the store there is no right of return as they are uniquely made and produced when order is placed.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. You will bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to contact@uniqeyewear.com. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal on prescription glasses purchased in our webshop or instore, as the item has been individualized for you, that according to Danish law, the right of return can not or should not be granted.

The condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back.

This also applies to items with a broken seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

It is up to Uniq Eyewear ApS to assess the condition of the product.

 


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to Uniq Eyewear ApS within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

 

Uniq Eyewear covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

The personal information is registered with Uniq Eyewear ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
